We also communicate with customers through digital channels including Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, Rich Communication Services (RCS), email, telephone, and SMS for enquiries, quotations, project updates, customer support, appointment scheduling, and other legitimate business purposes.

These Terms establish the legal relationship between B J CONSTRUCTIONS and every visitor, customer, client, or user interacting with our services.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

Your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any future revisions published by B J CONSTRUCTIONS.

  • Delayed payments may attract applicable interest or penalties.

Invoices become payable on the due date specified.

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of work until outstanding dues are cleared.

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

Where B J CONSTRUCTIONS offers recurring maintenance, annual service contracts, or subscription-based support services, renewal shall occur in accordance with the agreed contractual terms.

Either party may terminate such arrangements by providing reasonable written notice unless otherwise specified in the applicable agreement.

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if:

  • fraudulent activities are detected;
  • payments remain overdue;
  • legal violations occur;
  • misuse of Company services is identified; or
  • continuation of services becomes commercially or legally impracticable.

Termination shall not affect any accrued payment obligations.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

B J CONSTRUCTIONS uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and Rich Communication Services (RCS) solely for lawful customer communication.

Users who voluntarily provide their mobile numbers consent to receive communications such as:

  • quotation updates;
  • appointment confirmations;
  • project progress notifications;
  • service reminders;
  • invoice notifications;
  • customer support messages;
  • documentation requests;
  • verification messages;
  • promotional communications where consent has been provided.

All communications are intended to comply with applicable Meta Business Messaging Policies, WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, telecom regulations, and applicable Indian laws.

Users may opt out of non-essential promotional messages by notifying the Company through available communication channels. However, transactional or service-related messages necessary for project execution may continue where legally permissible.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

While B J CONSTRUCTIONS endeavors to ensure reliable delivery of digital communications, message delivery depends on factors beyond our control, including mobile network availability, internet connectivity, device compatibility, telecom operators, Meta systems, and third-party service providers.

Accordingly:

  • delivery times cannot be guaranteed;
  • delayed or failed delivery may occur due to technical reasons;
  • users should ensure that their contact information remains current and accurate; and
  • important contractual communications may also be delivered through alternative channels such as email, telephone calls, SMS, or written correspondence.

Users agree not to misuse our messaging channels for spam, unlawful communications, fraudulent activities, abusive language, or any conduct that violates applicable laws, Meta policies, or telecom regulations. B J CONSTRUCTIONS reserves the right to restrict or discontinue messaging services in the event of misuse.
